Common questions.
Do both paths (own MIDs and partner MIDs) cost the same?
Yes the monthly plan price is the same regardless of which path you take. The difference is in the connector setup: your own MIDs require a $1,000 connector integration fee. Partner MIDs from Levanta's network are assigned to you under a separate banking agreement.
What counts as a transaction?
Both successful and failed transactions count toward your monthly total. Each authorization attempt approved, declined, or cascaded to another processor is one transaction.
How does the banking partner agreement work?
If you're using Levanta's partner MIDs (Path B), you'll sign a formal processing agreement outlining MID access terms, transaction volume limits, and revenue share percentages. The Levanta team will walk you through this before you go live.
What happens if I exceed my transaction limit?
Transactions continue to process you're never cut off. Overage transactions are billed at the per-transaction rate for your plan tier at the end of the billing month.
Are there setup fees?
No platform setup fee. The only setup cost is the $1,000 connector integration fee per processor MID you connect paid in advance when you add connectors. This is a one-time charge, not monthly.
Can I switch from partner MIDs to my own MIDs later?
Absolutely. As you build your own acquiring relationships, you can add your own MIDs as additional connectors at any time and your existing cascade chains will update seamlessly.
